REGISTRATION PERIOD

The registration fees include admission to all scientific sessions, materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and social events.

AFEDEV Members (*)

• Full rate 245 EUR
• Reduced rate (**) 145 EUR

Non-AFEDEV Members

• Full rate 300 EUR
• Reduced rate (**) 170 EUR

(*) To be considered an "AFEDEV Member" and benefit from the corresponding rate, you must provide proof of AFEDEV 2025-26 membership.

If you don't remember if you are a member or not of AFEDEV, you can contact the association at the following address: afedev.asso@gmail.com.

You must provide proof of the membership by e-mail to contact.icde2025@gmail.com. No refund will be possible if you join AFEDEV after paying the registration fee.

(**) Reduced rates apply to researchers/teachers employed in a low- and middle-income country, students, post-doctoral fellows, young researchers (two years since the defense) and unemployed persons.

PAYMENT

The link to the online payment will be sent after acceptance of your application, and you will receive a confirmation after your payment. The invoice will be sent to you by email via the Azur colloque system.
